How to choose the suitable Pneumatic DTH hammer?

1. Hole Size: The one you choose should be the one whose outside diameter is closest to the hole diameter. Less hole collapse and simpler hole cleaning will follow as a result.

2. Air Consumption: You must be conscious of the amount of compressed air being consumed when operating the pneumatic DTH hammer. As the hammer size rises, peak performance usually requires higher compressed gas consumption and lower pressure. To make sure that each hammer is used with the proper amount of pressure and compressed air, please refer to the attachment.

3. The drilling rig must supply more torque and promoting force to accommodate the larger bit and hammer, but it must not go above the drill's maximum load. As for the other questions about drill ability, please consult your sales representative.
